Indoor rock-climbing is a safe, exciting, all-over body workout for ages 5 to 85! Whilst fun and exciting, it helps adults and kids conquer fears and build confidence in a workout environment. We can host birthday parties, corporate team-building occasions and group functions with your own provided food and snacks.
