Most of our staff are climbers, so they appreciate what it’s like to learn this exciting yet challenging sport, and they understand your needs as you advance in your skills. Safety is of utmost importance, and staff members hold first aid certificates from St John Ambulance.

As climbers, they have experience with the sport’s gear and recognize the features and benefits of equipment and clothing available through the pro-shop. If you’d like to gear up, make sure to check out our selection and ask staff for their assistance.
